Experts say that the ideal form of exercising in the first trimester is to do yoga, you can also do cardio exercise but under the supervision of a trainer. Exercises that put pressure on the abdomen or require too much physical effort should not be done.

During pregnancy, exercises that strengthen pelvic and back muscles must be done. Experts recommend doing exercises to strengthen pelvic and back muscles in the second trimester. Apart from this, walking, duck walking, squats, swimming, and jogging can be done in the third trimester. Experts do not recommend doing any activity that requires balancing the body.
