Ingredients:

  • 6-8 Khakhra (crispy flatbread)
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev (crispy noodles), for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Take the Khakhra and break it into small pieces. Keep it aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and pomegranate seeds.

  3. Add salt and chaat masala to taste, and mix well.

  4. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney to the mixture, and mix well.

  5. Add the broken Khakhra pieces to the mixture and mix well.

  6. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
