Paneer - 250 grams
Butter - 1 tbsp
Curd (thick) - 1/2 cup
Cream - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 3/4 cup
salt - as per taste

Method Of Making:
First of all, put the ingredients of the spices in a pan. After this, cook them for some time and then grind them in the mixer. After this, take butter, oil in a separate pan and add dry spices and cook till it becomes hot. After this add the already prepared ground spice paste. Keep cooking it till the whole paste is fried well. After this, add curd to the prepared paste and mix it well. Heat it till the oil and curd separate.
