Mint Drink

You can prepare a delicious and healthy drink from ginger, mint, and lemon. This drink is very beneficial to get relief from digestive problems after coming from outside in the sun or in summer.

Ingredients and method

To make this, you need the juice of one lemon, a small piece of ginger, and a handful of mint leaves. You can take two liters of water and ice cubes as per requirement. Peel and wash the ginger, also wash the mint leaves and lemon. Keep the chopped lemon, ginger, and mint leaves in a big pitcher. Fill this pitcher with water and ice cubes, mix all the things well, and keep the pitcher covered for two hours. You can keep this drink in a bottle or you can drink it by taking it out of the pitcher whenever you want.

Apple and cinnamon drink
This drink is beneficial for removing body fatigue, and balancing blood sugar levels, and also tastes delicious. To make this, you need two apples, two cinnamon sticks, two liters of water, and ice cubes as per requirement.

Ingredients and method

Wash the apple, remove the middle and core, and cut it into thin pieces. Now keep the apple pieces and cinnamon sticks in a glass vessel. Add water and ice to it. You can also add mint and lemon. Cucumber detox drink

Water prepared from cucumber is the perfect detox drink for summer. To make this, mix a cucumber with a lemon and some mint leaves and add water to it. Orange and celery drink

Orange or tangerine is rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants, which help in improving the immune system. On the other hand, celery leaves provide relief from gas, stomach swelling, and indigestion. You can prepare a summer drink by mixing these two.

Ingredients and method

Cut two tangerines thinly and remove the seeds, add celery leaves to it and wash it thoroughly with cold water. Put thyme and tangerine pieces in a vessel, fill it with water, and keep it for two to three hours. After the water gets the taste of the ingredients, serve it in a glass and drink it.
