Shahi Tukda is a classic bread pudding, prepared with bread and sweetened milk, called rabri. Dry fruits are also sprinkled on top of this popular Indian dessert. You can give a new twist to this classic dessert by making it with mangoes.

Material :
two slices of bread
a teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup mango puree dry fruits

Method :
First of all, take bread slices and fry them till they become crisp.

Now put sugar and water in a pan and let it thicken.

After this, add mango puree and keep stirring continuously. Then let it cool down.

Now place the fried bread pieces on a plate and pour the mango mixture on top.

Finally serve it garnished with dry fruits.
