To make Garlic Lachha Paratha, arrange two cups of flour, ten garlic cloves, three teaspoons of ghee, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, three chopped green chilies, half a teaspoon of celery, one teaspoon of butter, and salt according to taste. Now to make parathas from all these, first peel 10 garlic cloves and chop them finely. After this, mix flour, finely chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon butter in a large bowl.

Later knead a soft dough by adding water as required. Now keep the dough for 10 minutes to set. Now make balls of dough and roll them. Now grease the non-stick pan well with ghee. Bake the parathas well. Enjoy eating ready paratha hot with chutney or pickle.
