- This smoothie is biotin-rich. All the ingredients present in it are effective in reducing hair fall, making the skin glow and compensating for the calcium deficiency in the body.
- Figs contain citric acid and malic acid. By eating this, dead skin cells are reduced and blemishes are also removed. Due to this, the skin becomes glowing.
- Vitamin C and E present in it nourish the hair and reduce hair fall.
- Raisins especially black raisins are very beneficial for women. It removes anaemia and hair fall and also improves the skin.
- The anti-oxidants and Vitamin E present in almonds are good for skin health. This also reduces hair fall.

Ingredients required
- Fig-1
- Raisins- 5-7
- Almonds- 5
- Cashew nuts- 3
- Walnuts – 2 pieces
- Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
- Chia seeds- 1 tsp
- Dates- 3
- Banana – half
- Water- 1 cup
- Milk- half cup
Method to prepare and use
- Apart from the banana, soak all other things in water overnight.
- Next morning, blend everything by adding milk and half a banana.
- Your healthy smoothie is ready.
- Drink it once a day.
