1 cup drumstick leaves
2 cups flour
3 tbsp gram flour
1-inch ginger piece
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
Oil as needed
Salt to taste

To make drumstick paratha, first of all, take drumstick leaves and clean them.
Then you wash them thoroughly in water at least two to three times.
After this, take the leaves and chop them finely.
Then wash ginger and green chilies and chop them finely.
After this, put drumstick leaves, ginger, and green chilies in the mixer jar.
Then make a paste by grinding them coarsely and taking them out in a bowl.
After this, filter the flour in a vessel and mix gram flour in it.
Then you add turmeric, red chili, cumin, celery, garam masala, and salt as per taste.
After this, add drumstick paste to the flour and knead the dough well.
