Holi is a happy occasion. When friends and close relatives get together, there is a lot of fun. In happiness, we keep our health aside and eat a lot of lip-smacking food and later our stomach has to bear the brunt of it. Many types of stomach-related problems like stomach ache, constipation, acidity, bloating, heartburn etc. occur. If you also eat something unhealthy or bitter, then you can cure your stomach by drinking these drinks.

Basil tea

You can also drink water from basil leaves to heal your stomach. Boil a cup of water add leaves to it and let it boil well. When the water cools down a bit, drink it like tea, this will cool the stomach and also improve digestion.

Ginger drink

You can also drink ginger tea. Ginger, rich in medicinal properties, helps remove digestive problems. Boiling ginger in hot water for some time and consuming it provides relief from bloating and indigestion. Ginger increases the secretion of digestive enzymes, which improves overall digestion.

Beetroot-mint juice

Drinking beetroot and mint juice can also be beneficial. Cut a piece of beetroot and put it in the bladder. Add a handful of mint leaves and grind them. Add some water to it to dilute its consistency. Add a pinch of black salt on top and drink the drink. It contains a high amount of fiber which can help in healing your stomach.

Cucumber-Lemon Drink

Cucumber and lemon drinks can also prove beneficial for you. For this, take juice of one lemon, some mint leaves and one cucumber. Put all the things together in a mixer and grind them, take them out in a glass and add a pinch of black salt and chaat masala in it. Add ice cubes on top and consume it. This also cleans the stomach and provides coolness to the stomach.
