How to remove eye fatigue
If your eyes get tired due to continuous work on a laptop or computer, then heat a bowl of clean water and put cotton in it. Now apply this cotton ball to the eyes. You can also apply it on the eyelids, it will give relief from pain. Keep in mind that the water in the cotton should not be too hot, otherwise, it will spoil.
Often we run mobile or laptops in the dark of night and their light stresses our eyes and causes pain in the eyes. Try using the gadget in dark mode and cover your eyes occasionally. It is important to take breaks while working on a laptop. If the eyes are dry then use eye drops as per the advice of the doctor.
When the eyes are tired, people usually splash cold water on the eyes or wash their faces. You can use ice if you want. For this, rub the cotton ball on ice, then apply it on the eyes and eyelids. This will give a lot of relief.
