You see, many types of government schemes are running. Like- apart from ration, insurance, housing, pension, employment, and education, there are many such schemes in which financial benefits are also given. One scheme in this series is the Ayushman Bharat Scheme. However, now the name of this scheme has been changed to 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Mukhyamantri Yojana'. First, check eligibility:-
Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made, then first check your eligibility.
For this, you have to go to the official website of PM Jan Arogya Yojana, mera.pmjay.gov.in.
Go here and enter your 10-digit mobile number
Step 2
Then enter the captcha code box visible on the screen.
Now you will see the option of Generate OTP, on which you have to click.
After this, an OTP will come to your mobile number
Step 3
Now enter the OTP received on your mobile number here.
After this select your province and then also select your district
Then you have to fill in your name, father's name, and other information here.
Now you will see that you will know about your eligibility.
If eligible then apply:-
Now if you are eligible, you can apply for which you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
Go here and give other important documents like Aadhar Cards, Ration Cards, and their copies to the concerned officer.
Then your documents will be verified and eligibility checked.
If everything is found correct, your application is submitted.
