Maintain scalp hygiene-

Use a good anti-dandruff shampoo. Keep your scalp clean to avoid excessive oil production. Wash your head with 2% ketoconazole shampoo 3-4 times a week. Also, try not to scratch the scalp. This will make flaky skin more visible and may also cause redness on your scalp.

Do not apply oil-

You do a good amount of oiling once a week thinking that your hair will be healthy and strong. Although this does not happen. Keep in mind that the cause of your dandruff is oil, so don't apply any kind of oil.

Take a shower after a workout or exercise

After exercising, we just clean the body without washing our heads. Cleanse your scalp immediately after a workout. Due to sweating, dirt gets accumulated on the scalp, which can cause dandruff.
