Jackfruit is a very tasty vegetable available in summer. Which you can use in biryani, and pickle apart from vegetable. So let's know today it's the spicy vegetable recipe.

Material :
Jackfruit - 250 grams, Oil - 2 tbsp, Asafoetida - a pinch, Cumin - 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder - 1 tsp, Green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped), Ginger - 1-inch piece (finely chopped), Red chilly - 1/4 tsp, dried mango powder - 1/4 tsp, salt - as per taste, garam masala - 1/4 tsp, green coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method :
-Apply a little oil on your hands, wash the jackfruit, and chop it finely.
-If there are ripe seeds in the jackfruit, then peel the seeds and cut them too.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to the hot oil. After roasting cumin, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chopped green chilies, add ginger, and fry. Now add jackfruit, salt, and red chili to this spice and stir the jackfruit with a spoon and fry for 2-4 minutes. After this add 3-4 tbsp water and cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame.

-If the water of the vegetable reduces but it is not cooked, then you can add some more water.

-Lastly, add dried mango powder and garam masala and mix well.

-Jackfruit curry is ready to be served.
