Ingredients:

  • A 500-gram cabbage,
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt

for marination

  • 1 cup thick curd,
  • 1 tbsp ginger,
  • garlic and green chili paste,
  • salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric,
  • 1/2 tsp red chili,
  • and sugar

for butter sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh tomato puree,
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion,
  • 1-1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste,
  • 1 tsp green chili paste,
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1/4 tsp red chili,
  • 10-12 cashew paste,
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi,
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves and butter

Method :

  • Add turmeric and salt to the water and boil it.
  • Put cabbage in it and boil it for three minutes.
  • Drain the water and make a paste of the marination ingredients and apply it to the cabbage.
  • Crack mustard and cumin. Fry onions. Add ginger-garlic and green chili paste and fry it.
  • Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powder.
  • Mix the prepared puree. Add salt.
  • Make a thick paste by mixing Kasuri fenugreek, and coriander.
  • Plant it in cabbage. Bake it in a preheated oven and serve it with naan.
