Ingredients:
- A 500-gram cabbage,
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt
for marination
- 1 cup thick curd,
- 1 tbsp ginger,
- garlic and green chili paste,
- salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric,
- 1/2 tsp red chili,
- and sugar
for butter sauce
- 1 1/2 cups fresh tomato puree,
- 1 cup finely chopped onion,
- 1-1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste,
- 1 tsp green chili paste,
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1/4 tsp red chili,
- 10-12 cashew paste,
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi,
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves and butter
Method :
- Add turmeric and salt to the water and boil it.
- Put cabbage in it and boil it for three minutes.
- Drain the water and make a paste of the marination ingredients and apply it to the cabbage.
- Crack mustard and cumin. Fry onions. Add ginger-garlic and green chili paste and fry it.
- Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powder.
- Mix the prepared puree. Add salt.
- Make a thick paste by mixing Kasuri fenugreek, and coriander.
- Plant it in cabbage. Bake it in a preheated oven and serve it with naan.
