The kind of lifestyle we have today, the kind of food we eat every day, is not very good for our health and fertility in any way. There are many different reasons for infertility in women and men. In such a situation, along with treatment, a good diet can also give you relief from this problem.
Recently, well-known nutritionist Riddhima Batra shared a post on her Instagram, in which she told what things you can include in your diet to increase fertility. He has told in this post that if you want to improve your fertility condition, then you have to include pulses and beans in your diet. It contains both fibre and protein. This will help in increasing your fertility and it will also improve your ovulation.
Along with this, you can also include Greek yoghurt and cheese in your diet. In fact, both these things are rich in calcium and vitamin D, which helps in maturing the follicles of your ovaries. You can also include asparagus, eggs, avocado, green vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet. Citrus fruits because they contain vitamin C, potassium, calcium and folate. All these three elements can help in increasing the fertility rate by regulating ovulation and creating a healthy environment for the eggs.
This type of food will also help in increasing your fertility.
Reproductive endocrinologist Dr Tomar Singh of Shady Grove Fertility, New York says in one of his interviews with The Shape that if you want to improve your fertility, then you should eat folic acid-rich food. They say that if you are planning to become a parent, then you must have at least 400 micrograms of folic acid a day. Dr Michael Guarnasia says that to increase fertility, you should take complex carbohydrates, not simple carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrate food contains high fibre and it digests very slowly. Whereas, simple carbohydrates contain less fibre and get digested faster. Complex carbohydrate foods are good for everyone. For complex carbohydrates, you can eat brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta. Along with this, you can also try barley and oats. Apart from all this, if you are dreaming of becoming a parent, then you should keep some distance from alcohol. Along with this, be careful with junk food as well.
