Diet plan for weight loss and glowing skin

  • Drink celery or cumin water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Proper digestion is very important for both weight loss and glowing skin. Both cumin and celery are beneficial in improving digestion. This relieves stomach gas, constipation and indigestion. Apart from this, fat-burning properties are also found in them, which helps in weight loss.
  • After this do workout. Work out at least 4-5 times a week. This reduces stubborn fat in the body.
  • After a workout, eat 5 soaked almonds and 5 walnuts. Both these things are rich in vitamins and minerals. It fulfils the deficiency of essential nutrients in the body, helps in weight loss and brings a glow to the face.
  • For breakfast, eat a bowl of oatmeal or drink carrot, beetroot and pomegranate juice with 1 ragi laddu. This will fulfil the iron deficiency in the body and also remove dark circles and hair fall. Ragi flour also helps in reducing weight.
  • After this, drink 1 glass of coconut water or eat a bowl of salad.
  • For lunch, eat a bowl of seasonal vegetables, 1 ragi or jowar roti and moong dal salad. Lunch rich in fibre and protein gives strength to the body and reduces unhealthy cravings.
  • Eat a boiled egg or roasted makhana in the evening. Drink herbal tea with it.
  • Have 1 bowl of lentil soup for dinner and eat some vegetables after sauteing them. Have dinner between 7-8 pm.
  • Drink milk or herbal tea before sleeping.
  • Also, try to maintain a fasting window of 7-8 am the next morning after dinner.
