If guests have come home and want to make something sweet, then you can try this easy recipe. Chhena Rasmalai is a very tasty sweet made-in cooker.

Material :
3/4 cup homemade chhena, 4 cups water, 1 cup or as per taste sugar, 1 tsp all-purpose flour, 1 cup condensed milk, tsp cardamom powder, few saffron threads, almonds for garnishing, and sugar-coated (in syrup) ripe), bottle gourd

Method :
Mix flour in the cheese and mix it with the palm. Make lemon-sized balls from the prepared mixture and put water and sugar in a pressure cooker and keep it on the gas. When the water starts boiling, put the prepared tablets in it and after 4-5 whistles, turn off the gas.

When it cools down, open the cooker and take out the balls. Now mix sugar, cardamom powder and saffron in milk and keep it in the fridge. When the milk cools down, place the chhena balls in a serving dish and pour the cooled condensed milk over it. Serve garnished with almonds and gourd flakes.
