Leftover Apple - 2
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 1
Method
1. First clean the apple and carrot thoroughly and grate them.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add grated apple and cook it well.
3. After about 10 minutes add grated carrot and milk and cook till the ghee separates well.
4. Now put sugar, cardamom powder, and dry fruits in it and leave it for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the gas after 5 minutes and serve when it cools down.
Apple ice cream

Leftover Apple - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
Cream - 1 cup
condensed milk
Method
1. First peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
2. After this, put finely chopped apples in a pan and fry for some time.
3. Now put some water in it and cook it well till the apple melts.
4. After this add butter and sugar in a pan and cook it well.
5. Add cream, vanilla essence, and condensed milk in a bowl, mix well and put in a pan and cook for some time.
6. Now keep it cool down for a while.
7. After some time put the ice cream in a container and keep it in the deep fridge.
