1 tbsp watermelon seeds

2-3 tbsp milk

1/2 tbsp fresh cream

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp white chili powder

1 tsp green chili paste

Salt as required

How to make Afghani Paneer Tikka?

To make Afghani Paneer Tikka, first of all take paneer.

Then cut the paneer into one-inch pieces.

After this, add cashews, poppy seeds, and watermelon seeds to the mixer.

Then you put these three together and grind them to make powder.

After this, put the prepared powder in the paneer bowl.

Then slowly mix the powder with paneer cubes.

After this, add fresh cream, milk, and white chili powder to another bowl.

Then add Garam masala, chili paste, butter, and salt as per taste and mix.
