The festival of Sharadiya Navratri is one in which many devotees keep fast for nine days. Simple food is eaten during fasting. But sometimes it leads to boredom. In such a situation, if you want to eat something spicy, then you can taste Dahi Bhalla. Yes, today in this episode, we have brought you the recipe for making Dahi Bhalle prepared from Sama and Sabudana. It can be consumed during fasting. Let's know its recipe.

Necessary ingredients
Sama rice - 2 cups
Sabudana - 2 cups
Potato - 3-4 (boiled)
Ginger piece - 1
Green chilli - 2
Rock salt - as per taste
Curd - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp


Black pepper - 2 teaspoons
Desi ghee - 1 tsp
Green coriander - 1 cup

Method Of Making:
First of all, grind Sama's rice and sago very finely.
Put the mixture in a utensil and fry it on low flame. After this keep it cool for some time.
Then cut green chillies and grate ginger. Add both ingredients to the sago mixture.
Add ghee to a vessel and mix the mixture. Add a little salt to the mixture as well.
After this, add water little by little to the mixture. Keep stirring the mixture in between. Keep in mind that there should be no knots in it.
After mixing all the ingredients, slow down the gas. When the mixture becomes thick, take it out in a vessel.
Grate the boiled potatoes. Grate and add to the mixture.
After this, make round-shaped balls from the mixture.
Pour ghee into a pan and deep fry the balls.
After deep frying, take them out on a plate.
Pour the curd into a vessel and whisk it well. Add rock salt, black pepper and cumin powder to this curd.
Mix all the ingredients and soak them in it for 5 minutes.
Your Dahi Bhalla is ready. Enjoy them with sweet tamarind chutney.
