How to make Dahi Paratha
To make Curd Paratha, first, sift the wheat flour in a utensil. Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, celery, turmeric, and three to four spoons of desi ghee to it. Add salt to it as per taste. Mix everything well. Now add mint, coriander leaves, curd, and lentils, and give it a mix.

Make a dough by kneading the above mixture well. Keep it covered for about 10 minutes. Later, make balls and roll them like parathas and roast them on a low flame by adding a little ghee. Cook the paratha well till it turns golden. After making it, eat this paratha with chutney.
