Potato pickle is very tasty. You can eat it with paratha or roti.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 potatoes,
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
  • 1 teaspoon chaat powder,
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder,
  • 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek powder,
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt,
  • salt to taste,
  • mustard oil

Method :

  • First, boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • Now take spices and curd in a bowl.
  • Mix boiled potatoes in it and leave it for a while.
  • Now heat the pan, and add oil to it.
  • Then fry the marinated potatoes.
  • Then garnish it with coriander and serve hot with chutney.
