Potato pickle is very tasty. You can eat it with paratha or roti.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes,
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
- 1 teaspoon chaat powder,
- 1 teaspoon chili powder,
- 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek powder,
- 1 teaspoon yogurt,
- salt to taste,
- mustard oil
Method :
- First, boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Now take spices and curd in a bowl.
- Mix boiled potatoes in it and leave it for a while.
- Now heat the pan, and add oil to it.
- Then fry the marinated potatoes.
- Then garnish it with coriander and serve hot with chutney.
