How to make Cucumber Raita
Material
thick curd one cup
two green chillies
cucumber 1
cumin powder half tsp
Green coriander leaves two spoons
salt to taste

Raita Recipe
To make Cucumber Raita, wash and clean it with water.
Now peel off the skin of the whole cucumber and cut it from the middle and take out the seeds.
Now grate the cucumber, or grind it lightly in a blender.
Now put curd in a vessel and whisk it well.
Now add salt and grated cucumber to the curd as per taste and mix well.
Add finely chopped chillies and roasted cumin powder to it.
Now cool the cucumber raita by keeping it in the fridge for about half an hour.
Now garnish with green coriander and serve the raita cold.
