Do not use hard or plain water to clean the glass, as this will result in fogging. You can use vinegar for this. Soak glassware in the white vinegar solution, then wipe with a clean cloth.
If you use plain water and dish soap to wash glasses, plates, and bowls, don't let the water freeze after cleaning, otherwise, the stains will stick. To do this wipe it with a clean cotton cloth.
