Bitter gourd - 6-7
Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 4-5 (chopped)
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Mustard oil - as needed
salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Recipe
1. First peel the bitter gourd and cut it into a round shape.
2. Then mix rice flour, turmeric powder, gram flour, asafoetida, green chilies, salt, garam masala in a vessel.
3. Prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients.
4. Now heat oil in a pan.
5. Soak the chopped bitter gourd in gram flour solution.
6. Soak the bitter gourd well in the solution.
7. When the oil is hot, put a bitter gourd in it and fry till it becomes crisp.
8. When the bitter gourd becomes crisp, take it out in a plate.
9. Your crispy and delicious pakoras are ready.
