Green coriander is used in almost every kitchen to add flavor to vegetables. But in summer, the taste of food may fade a bit if coriander leaves are not stored properly.

Coriander dries quickly in summer and dried coriander leaves have no taste. Therefore, today we have brought some such solutions for you, with the help of which you can easily buy coriander leaves once and keep them fresh for a week.

Cover the stem with tissue paper
Clean the coriander leaves and wrap it in a tissue paper. Keep in mind that only the lower part of the stem is covered with tissue. Then keep wetting it with splashes of water throughout the day.

Soak in water
Pour some cold water into a clean glass. Then place the coriander stems in it in such a way that the leaves remain out of the water. Keep changing this water every day. By doing this the coriander leaves will remain green for 3-4 days.

Keep in a wet cloth
Wash the coriander and shake it lightly to remove excess water. Then, wrap the coriander in a clean and wet handkerchief. Keep it in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator. Keep wetting the handkerchief every two days.

Wrap in aluminum foil
First of all wash and dry the coriander leaves. Now, wrap the coriander in aluminum foil. Then keep this packet in the vegetable crisper drawer of the refrigerator. With these easy methods, you can keep your coriander green and fresh even in summer.
