Ingredients required to make walnut pudding-

1 cup walnuts

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp desi ghee

1/2 cup milk

1/2 pinch saffron

1/2 cup sugar (as per taste)

How to make walnut pudding?

To make walnut pudding, first of all, take hot water in a vessel.

Then you put walnuts in it and keep it soaked for about 15-20 minutes.

After this, take out the water from the walnuts and grind them coarsely in a mixer jar.

Then put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

After this, roast the coarsely ground walnuts in it till it becomes light golden.

Then you add milk and sugar as per taste and cook for some time.

After this, add cardamom powder and saffron threads and cook it.

Then, while stirring continuously, cook the halwa till it becomes dry.

If you want, you can also add some cashews after grinding them to the halwa.

Then you cook the halwa for about 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas.

Now your delicious and nutritious walnut pudding is ready.
