Ingredients - 1 medium sized red capsicum finely chopped, 100 grams sweet potato chopped, 1 onion thickly chopped, one teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon oil, salt as per taste. , water as required
method of making
1 . Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic and fry.
2 . As soon as they fry a little, add chopped capsicum and sweet potato and fry lightly. After cooking a little, add water to it and boil for 5 minutes.
3 . Turn off the gas after five minutes and let the mixture cool down. After this, put this mixture in the mixer along with salt and black pepper. Grind all the ingredients and make puree.
4 . After this, filter this mixture and once again put it in the pan and cook it. You can add a little more water to give it a soupy texture. After it comes to a boil, add chopped coriander leaves and heat it.
This soup made of red capsicum and sweet potato is a treasure trove of vitamins A and C and also contains a good amount of fiber. Due to which the stomach remains full, one does not feel hungry quickly, which makes it easy to lose weight.
