30 rupees sweet potato
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 teaspoon oil
Salt as per taste
3 green chilies (chopped)
How to make sweet potato tikki?
To make sweet potato tikki, first, wash and peel the sweet potato.
Then cut it and keep it in the pressure cooker to boil well.
After this, wash and chop onions, tomatoes, and green chilies as well.
Then take out the boiled sweet potato in a bowl and mash it well.
After that add all the rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
Then make round-shaped tikkis from the prepared paste and keep them.
After this, put one spoon of oil on a nonstick pan and heat it.
Then place the tikkis on top of it and bake it well till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
