1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
2 cups water
1 cup oil
How to make Mumbai Style Soya Keema?
To make Mumbai-style soya keema, first of all, take soybean.
Then you boil them and put them in the mixer and prepare the mince.
After this, mix about 1 cup of curd and dry spices in a bowl.
Then put oil in a pan and put it to heat.
After this, add onion, tomato, and curd masala and cook it.
Then you add soybean mince and all the remaining ingredients in it.
