To make this halwa during fasting, you need desi ghee, sugar, some cardamom seeds, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, grated coconut, and water chestnut flour. This halwa is ready in just 30 minutes. It happens.
Method of making water chestnut flour halwa-
1. To make water chestnut flour pudding, first of all, take 200 grams of water chestnut flour. Now you have to fry it in ghee.
2. Now put ghee in a pan and add some cardamom seeds to it. Then add water chestnut flour into it.
3. Now slowly keep frying this flour until it becomes light golden.
4. On the other hand, keep water and sugar in a pan on low flame.
5. When the flour is completely roasted, add the prepared syrup to it.
6. If you wish, add some cardamom powder on top.
7. Now cook this flour while stirring on low flame and let the water dry completely.
8. When ghee starts appearing at the edges of the pan, then understand that your halwa is ready.
9. Now after cooking it for 5 to 7 minutes, remove it from the gas.
