Ingredients required to make Shahi Bhindi

Okra 500 gm

Garlic clove 5

Ginger 1 piece

Green chili 2

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

1 tsp coriander powder

Cream 1 tsp

Curd 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Oil as required

Cashew nuts as per taste

Almonds

Bay leaf

Cinnamon

How to make Shahi Bhindi?

To make Shahi Bhindi, first of all, take a pan.

Then you put some oil in it and heat it on medium flame.

After this, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilies, almonds and cashews to it.

Then you add water to it and boil it till it becomes soft and turns off the gas.

After this, leave this mixture to cool down.

Then when it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it smooth.

After this, put oil in another pan and heat it on medium flame.

Then put bhindi in hot oil and fry it in half.

After this, take them out and keep them in a vessel.

Then you put some oil in it and heat it.

After this, add bay leaves and cinnamon and fry them.

Then you put the prepared paste in it and fry it well.

After this, add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and curd to it.

Then add water as required and cook it.

After this, put the half-fried bhindi in the prepared gravy.

Then you mix it and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes.

After that add cream to it and mix.

If you want, you can also add garam masala and kasoori methi to it.

Now your delicious Shahi Bhindi is ready.

Then you serve it hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
