250 grams of fenugreek,

50 grams of cumin,

25 grams of sesame,

How to make Red Chilli Pickle?

To make a red chili pickle, first of all, take red chilies.

Then you wash them well and dry them.

After this, make an incision in the middle of the chili.

Keep in mind that you have to make the stuffing 1 to 2 days in advance.

For stuffing, roast and grind fenugreek and cumin seeds well.

Then add curd, sesame, and salt to it.

After this, leave the stuffing like this for at least 1-2 days.

Then cut the chilies and fill them with stuffing.

After this, keep the stuffed chilies in the hot sun to dry.

Then you keep the pickle in the sun for about 1 week by closing the lid.

After this, deep fry it in oil before eating it and serve it with food.
