Ingredients for making Malai Broccoli

Broccoli - 1

-Grated 4 cheeses

Fresh cream or cream 3 teaspoons

Garlic - 2 cloves

Green chili paste

- Half teaspoon of black pepper powder

- Half teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

-Butter

- 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe for making Malai Broccoli-

1. To make Malai Broccoli, first of all, you have to cut the broccoli and wash it with clean water. Cut it into small pieces. Do not cut the pieces of broccoli too small so that they do not get lumpy while cooking.

2. After this, heat water in a pan and then add chopped broccoli and half a teaspoon of salt to it and boil it.

3. Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Then filter the broccoli separately and immediately pour cold water over the broccoli. Do this so that the green color of broccoli remains intact.

4. Now after this, heat butter in a pan and put garlic pieces in it, and fry it. After this, put the boiled broccoli in the pan.

5. Now add green chili paste, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and salt to it. After roasting it for a while, mix fresh cream and grated cheese in it.

6. Stir it well for about 5 minutes and your new broccoli recipe is ready. The pleasure of eating it hot is different. If you want, mix oregano in it. This will enhance the taste of Malai Broccoli.
