Ingredients required to make Mango Launji-

1 cup raw mango pieces

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp carom seeds

1 cup jaggery

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp 2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp black salt

1 pinch asafoetida

2 tbsp oil

1 cup water

plain salt as per taste

How to make Mango Launji?

To make mango launji, first of all, take raw mangoes.

Then wash it with water and wipe it with a cotton cloth.

After this, peel the raw mango and cut it into long pieces.

Then put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

After this, you add cumin, mustard, fennel, asafoetida, and the rest of the spices.

Then you fry while stirring for a few more seconds.

After this, put raw mango pieces in it and cook it.

Then you add red chili powder, 1 cup water, and salt as per taste.

After this, cover it on low flame and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Then add crushed jaggery to it and mix.

After this, you increase the flame of the gas and cook the launji well till the jaggery is cooked.

Then add chaat masala and garam masala to it and mix.

After this, cook it for a while and turn off the gas.

Now your delicious and nutritious mango launji is ready.
