Ingredients required to make ragi cake-

3/4 cup ragi flour

3/4 cup wheat flour

1 tbsp cardamom powder

1 cup jaggery/sugar

1/3 cup curd

3/4 cup milk

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2/3 cup oil

1/ 8 tsp salt (as per taste)

How to make Ragi Cake?

To make ragi cake, first of all, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

After this, grease a 7-8 inch pan with ghee and spread the partition paper.

Then sift ragi flour and wheat flour in a vessel.

After this, add baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the flour.

Then mix all these things well and keep them aside.

After this, put powdered jaggery and oil in a bowl.

Then add whipped curd to it and mix it well.

After this, while doing it slowly, add milk and mix it.

Then you add the prepared mixture to the flour mixture slowly and mix everything well.

After this, grease a tray well with ghee.

Then you leave this mixture to set for a while.

After this, you bake this tray in a preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Then you take it out and leave it to cool for about 15 minutes.

After this, take it out from the tray and separate it.
