Ingredients needed to make Poha Chilla-
Poha 1 cup
Gram flour 1/3 cup
Oats powder 1/3
Carrot 1 tbsp grated
Onion 1 tbsp finely chopped
Tomato 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Green chilies
1 chopped
Turmeric powder 1 small 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Desi ghee for frying
How to make Poha Chilla?
To make Poha Chila, first of all, wash the poha thoroughly.
Then you take out its water and keep it like this for about 10 minutes.
After this, mash the poho well.
Then add gram flour and oats powder and mix it.
After this, add carrots, onions, tomatoes, green coriander, and green chilies to it.
Then mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt in it.
After this, add half a cup of water to it and prepare the batter.
Then grease a nonstick pan with one spoon of ghee.
After this, put two to three spoons of poha mixture on the griddle.
Then spread the mixture in a circular shape on the griddle and make cheela.
After this, roast it on both sides till it becomes golden.
Now your hot Poha Chilla is ready.
Then serve it hot with your favorite chutney.
