4 to 5 raw mangoes
2 to 3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp food color
½ cup coconut oil

How to make mango jelly?
To make mango jelly, first of all, take raw mangoes.
Then peel them well and grate them.
After this, wash them thoroughly in water and keep them in a bowl.
Then add black salt and food color as per taste and mix it.
After this, mix it well and keep it in the sun for about half an hour.
Then put some oil in a pan and heat it well.
After this, add grated mango to it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes while stirring well.
Then put grated coconut in it and stir it for a minute.
After this, add sugar to it and melt it while stirring continuously and turn off the gas.
Then put the prepared mixture in a bowl and keep it set.
After this, when it remains slightly lukewarm, then keep it in the fridge and freeze it.
Now your delicious and sour-sweet Mango Jelly is ready.
