Ingredients for making dry fruits Kheer-

1/2 liter milk

250 grams khoa

1 cup almonds chopped

1 cup cashews chopped

1cup raisins washed clean

3 cups makhana

2 teaspoons chironji

Finely chopped or grated

5 to 6 chopped dried dates

6 to 7 strands of saffron

150 grams sugar

Cardamom powder

Desi ghee

Method for making kheer of dry fruits-

1. First of all, to make kheer of dry fruits, put milk in a pan and put it on the gas, and let it boil on low flame.

2. Now put desi ghee in another pan and put it on the gas and lightly fry the makhana, chopped nuts, and date palm in it.

3. Now take it out on a plate and keep it.

4. Then put ghee in the pan, add cardamom seeds and add slightly condensed milk to it.

5. After this add the fried dry fruits to the milk. Later add raisins, cashews, almonds, and chironji as well.

6. Now keep stirring it slowly so that it does not stick to the pan.

7. After this add saffron to it and also add khova and mix well.

8. Now keep mixing all the dry fruits well and let them thicken. At this time it will be cooked like kheer.

9. After removing the pan from the gas, mix sugar in it. Dry fruits Kheer is ready.

10. When it cools down, offer it to Lord Shiva and consume it during fasting.
