10 garlic cloves

3 teaspoons desi ghee

Half a teaspoon black pepper powder

3 green chilies (chopped)

1 teaspoon butter

To make Garlic Lachha Paratha, first of all, take garlic.

Then peel about 10 garlic cloves and chop them finely.

After this, put flour, finely chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon of butter in a big bowl.

Then add water as required and knead soft dough.
