method of making

To make Bhel Puri, first add puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, and green coriander in a big bowl and mix.
- Then add tamarind chutney and a drop of green chutney to taste.
- Now sprinkle chaat masala on it and mix everything well.
- Top it with sev for a crunchy taste.
- Delicious Bhel Puri is ready. Serve it immediately.
Cornflakes Chaat
Material
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
- 1/4 cup boiled and chopped gram
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup sweet tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Red chilli powder as per taste
- salt as per taste
- lemon juice (optional)
- Fine sev for garnish
Method of making-

To make this chaat, first put cornflakes in a large mixing bowl.
- Then add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, boiled potatoes and gram.
- Now add tamarind chutney and green chutney as per requirement and taste.
- After this, sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt over the mixture.
- Now gently mix everything until combined with the cornflakes, chutney, and spices.
- To increase the sourness as per taste, squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture.
- To make the chaat crisp, garnish with chopped green coriander and finely chopped sev.
- Finally, serve this chaat as a snack at your Diwali party.
