2 cups water chestnut flour

Rock salt as per taste

2 green chilies

2 cucumbers

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

2 cups oil

How to make cucumber fritters?

To make cucumber pakoras, you first take cucumber.

Then peel it and grate it.

After this, squeeze it once and take out the water.

Then put flour, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, and finely chopped green chilies in a vessel.

After this, mix all these things well.

Then after some time add grated cucumber and a little water to it.

After this, mix all these things well once and prepare the batter.

Then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.

After this, fry the pakodas by taking little by little the prepared batter in the pan.

Then you deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.

Now your fasting cucumber pakoras are ready.
