1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup curd
1 cup cheese
2 tsp green chili
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp black sesame seeds
1/2 onion
3-4 tbsp green coriander leaves
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp sugar
4 tsp desi ghee
Salt to taste
How to make Chilli Cheese Naan?
To make Chili Cheese Naan, first of all, take a big mixing bowl.
Then add curd, sugar, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and baking soda to it.
After this, beat the curd well.
Then add flour to it and mix it well.
After this, add hot water to it as required.
Then knead the dough by mixing it well.
After this, cover this dough for about 2 hours and keep it aside.
Then in another bowl add grated cheese, ginger, finely chopped onion, and chopped green chillies.
After this, mix all these things well.
Then add salt according to taste and mix it.
After this, take all-purpose flour and make balls of equal proportion.
