Plan and benefits
The Ayushman Yojana was started by the central government and at present many state governments are also associated with this scheme. In this scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are made, after which the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the empaneled hospitals.

If you also want to check whether your Ayushman card will be made or not, then you can know
First, you have to visit the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Now you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible' here
Step 2
After this, you have to enter your mobile number
Then an OTP will come on this
Now enter this OTP here
Then you will have two options
where in the first option select your state
Step 3
Whereas, in the second option, you have to enter your mobile number and ration card number.
After that, you have to search
Then you will know about your eligibility and whether your Ayushman card will be made or not.
