2 pieces ginger
3 green chilies
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1/3 cup coriander leaves
2 cups chickpeas
1/2 cup soybean chunk
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red Chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp oil
How to make Chana Kebab?
To make Chana Kebab, first of all, take a mixer jar.
Then you add 5 garlic buds, 2 inches of ginger, and 3 green chilies in it.
Along with this, add half a cup of soybean chunk and 2 cups of grams.
Then grind all these things well and take them out in a bowl.
After this, finely chop 1 onion and add it.
Then add half a teaspoon of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and half a cup of bread crumbs.
