Ingredients- Carrot- 5 to 6, Bathua- 2 cups, Onion- 2 medium size, Green coriander- a handful, Green chilli- 2 to 3, Gram dal- 1 cup, Black pepper- half teaspoon, Black salt- 1 teaspoon. , Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon, Coriander powder- half teaspoon, Garlic ginger paste- 1 teaspoon, Olive oil- as required, Bread crumbs- 2 cups.

- First of all, soak gram dal in water for 2 to 3 hours.
Meanwhile, grate the carrots and chop the onion finely.
- After one hour, put the pulses under pressure, also add bathua and potatoes and boil.
- Cool the lentils and bathua a little and grind them in a mixer.
- Take it out in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onion , coriander and chilli. Take out the water from grated carrot and mix it in it.
- Finally add garlic-ginger paste and other spices and mix the ingredients well.
- Now prepare small tikkis from it. Shallow fry it in a non-stick pan. There is no need to deep fry and if you have an air fryer, then cook it in it.
