Ingredients to make Lauki Halwa:

300 grams fresh gourd,

2 teaspoons desi ghee,

150 grams of sugar,

250 grams of milk,

50 grams khova,

Half teaspoon cardamom powder

Almonds, cashews, and pistachios chopped

How to make gourd pudding-

1. To make gourd pudding, first peel the gourd. Then wash it thoroughly and grate it.

2. Now put a pan on the gas and add pure ghee. After the ghee is hot, add a grated bottle of gourd. Then fry it well. If the bottle gourd is fresh then some water will leave.

3. After drying the water, pour milk into that pan and stir and leave it to cook.

4. When its milk starts drying up, that is, it starts getting slightly thick, then add Mawa or Khowa to it. Now add sugar to it and mix well.

5. Now add chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios to it.

6 . For flavor and taste, add ground or cardamom seeds to it. Now mix it all.

7. Your bottle of gourd pudding is ready. You can easily eat this gourd halwa as a fruit snack during fasting. Along with this, you should also offer bhog to Lord Shiva. Eating this will make you feel energetic during fasting
