Ingredients required to make Badam Burfi-

250 grams almonds

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon ghee

2 pinches saffron

1 cup sugar

How to make Badam Burfi?

To make Badam Barfi, you first take a pan.

Then add water to it and boil it well.

After this, you put almonds in it and keep it for some time.

Then take out the almonds and put them in cold water for about 1-2 minutes.

After this, take out all the peels of almonds.

Then you put almonds in hot water again.

After this, keep them soaked for about 1 hour.

Then add almonds and milk to the blender and grind it well.

After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it.

Then add almond paste, saffron thread, and sugar to it and mix well.

After this, stir the almond paste continuously and fry it like a lumpy dough.

Then you turn off the gas and leave the paste to cool down.

After this, grease the bottom of a plate/tray well with ghee.

Then when the paste remains slightly warm, you put it in a tray and spread it evenly around.

After this, you leave the paste to set.

Then after it is set, cut the barfi with the help of a knife.
