How to make Cholai ka Halwa?

To make Amaranth Halwa, first of all, take a pan.

Then you put some ghee in it and heat it.

After this, you add amaranth i.e. Rajgir flour in it.

Then fry it well till it turns golden.

After that add water as required.

Then you cook it while stirring it well.

After this, add cardamom powder, jaggery or sugar, and dry fruits to it.

Then you mix all these things well.

After this, while stirring it, cook till it leaves the pan.
