4 potatoes

1 cup curd

2 onions (chopped)

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste

12 cashew nuts

5 cloves 3

cardamom

2 large cardamom ½

teaspoon cumin

2 bay Leaf

5 Black pepper

Half tsp Nutmeg powder

Water as required

2 tsp Green coriander

2 cups Oil

How to make Potato Kurma?

To make potato kurma, first of all, take potatoes.

Then peel them, wash them, and cut them into small pieces.

After this, put oil in the cooker and heat it.

Then you put onion in it and fry it till it becomes golden.

After this, add 1 ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup curd, and salt as per taste.

Then you pour 2 glasses of water in it and cook it with one whistle in the cooker.
